FAQ
Q: How do I create a listing?
A: Tap "Create New Listing", fill in the required fields, add images, and submit.
Q: Where is AgHire available?
A: AgHire currently supports listings and users in Australia, New Zealand, the United States of America and Canada.
Q: How can I advertise?
A: AgHire is accepting paid banner advertisers. Contact us for details.
Q: How can I pause my listings?
- To pause your listing: Login to the app → My Listings → Select Listing and Pause the listing directly.
Q: How can I delete my account and listings?
- To delete your account:
- Open the app.
- Go to Main → 3 dots at the top right → Account Management → Delete My Account.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and listings will be permanently removed.
- Alternatively, you can send a request for an admin to delete your account on your behalf by emailing us.
Limitation of Liability & Insurance Requirements
1. Platform Only
AgHire is a technology platform that connects farmers, landowners, contractors, staff and equipment providers. We do not employ, control, supervise, direct or insure any users. We are not a party to any agreement or work arrangement made between users.
2. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgHire accepts no responsibility or liability for:
- Any injury, death, property damage, financial loss or other claims arising from work, services, equipment or interactions arranged through the platform;
- The acts, omissions, negligence or misconduct of any user, contractor, staff member or equipment provider;
- The condition, safety or suitability of any land, equipment or worksite.
3. Insurance Obligation
You are solely responsible for ensuring that appropriate insurance is in place before any work begins. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Public liability insurance
- Workers’ compensation / workers’ insurance
- Vehicle and equipment insurance
- Any other insurance required by law in Australia, New Zealand, the United States or Canada
Farmers / Landowners must verify that any contractor or staff they engage holds valid and adequate insurance.
Contractors / Staff must hold their own valid insurance and should also confirm that the landowner has appropriate cover.
AgHire does not check, verify or guarantee that any user holds insurance.
4. Use at Your Own Risk
By using AgHire you acknowledge that you engage other users entirely at your own risk and that you have taken all reasonable steps to protect yourself, your property and any workers.
